Alicia Easton
Founder
Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist
Alicia is a certified practising speech pathologist with a Master of Speech Pathology from Griffith University. She has an extensive background working with young children with a bachelor's degree in education and currently maintains her registration as a primary teacher in Queensland.
Alicia has worked in a range of settings across the paediatric private practice sector and has a special interest in early detection and intervention for speech and language difficulties, supporting complex speech sound disorders, helping children who stutter and school readiness.

Alicia values honouring the unique strengths of each child and celebrates neurodiversity in all of its forms by tailoring her practice accordingly. She has experience providing assessment and intervention for bilingual children. Alicia also prioritises providing training and support to parents, educators and teachers to ensure a holistic approach is given for each of the children she works with.

As a parent of three school-aged children herself, Alicia is passionate about empowering parents to support their children to be confident communicators. She understands the challenges and joys involved in balancing commitments, raising children and walking with your children as they navigate everyday life. She values making therapy sessions meaningful and fun through joint collaboration with the families she has the privilege to support.

Outside of work you'll find Alicia running on the beach, paddleboarding and reading books. She and her family enjoy bushwalking and any kind of outside adventure (including chasing around their fur-baby cavoodle).
